Sermon : “Forgiveness Pt 2-Tools of God”

"Offenses are rarely given, but often taken."
Some people are just looking to be offended!
But someone will say just "Buck up" or "Get over it!"

Living as Those Made Alive in Christ

Colossians  3:1-4 KJV 

1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. ² Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.³ For ye are dead, (You were under water being baptized ) and your life is hid with Christ in God.⁴ When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

 Tools of God to deal with Wounding:
We have died to self (You were under water being baptized ) - Insults toward us are about Jesus, not us.

A devout life does bring wealth, but it's the rich simplicity of being yourself be-fore God. Since we entered the world penniless and will leave it penniless, if we have bread on the table and shoes on our feet, that's enough .
